Pinatto goes beyond race and nationality to focus on creating a place in which everyone can live comfortably. This is a place where parents and children from other countries can learn to live peacefully in Japan through our Japanese lessons and the advice that we offer on daily life and childrearing.

Founded: January 1992.
After a volcanic eruption in the Philippines, students from a nearby college and people from Hachinoko Nursery School came together and started Musashino Network for Pinatubo Rehabilitation (MNPR)
with the goal of creating an international organization on the local level to facilitate cultural exchange face-to-face. After this, we expanded to offer support for people from other countries living in the area, including intercultural education classes. In May of 2015, we began to focus on activities that support international residents and changed the name of the organization to Partnership with International Neighbors and Tomodachi (Pinatto).
Pinatto goes beyond race and nationality to focus on creating a place in which everyone can live comfortably.
